Uncovering the Benefits of KORE Therapy: Exploring the Science Behind Kinesiology Treatment

I have just completed a 3month training course in KORE Therapy. Aka Kinaesthetic Optimum Recovery Enhancement.


KORE Therapy stands out as a groundbreaking approach that fuses kinesiology with therapeutic techniques to tackle various skeletal, muscular & internal organ challenges. It combines Eastern with Western treatments. I am already finding it has great value for my clients.

KORE Therapy builds on this knowledge by using NLP muscle testing as a diagnostic tool, traditional Chinese medicine, cranial work, & manual therapy to realign & repattern. This approach not only identifies physical symptoms but also uncovers energetic imbalances. For instance, a client with chronic headaches may also experience stress or anxiety, which KORE Therapy aims to address. Clients often remark on how incredible it is as they witness the return of their strength as previously weak muscles, retest strong.

For example, if a muscle testing weakens in response to a pelvis muscle test, that may indicate a skeletal problem that began with a head injury 15years ago.
